What to include
- The email address used for your SKY-001 account and a short description of the issue.
- For payment questions: the order ID if available, amount, currency and approximate payment time with your time zone.
- For technical questions: the affected page, steps to reproduce, browser and device, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed. Include a project or job ID if available.
Keep sensitive information out of email
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card numbers or security codes. Avoid attaching confidential design files or private download links; start with a redacted screenshot and the relevant identifier.
