Privacy policy
Scope
This policy covers this independent SKY-001 guide and engineering workspace. It is not the privacy policy of Skyfall or its SKY-001 research model.
Account and workspace data
When account services are enabled, we store your account identity, password hash or linked login, session records, project names, prompts, design JSON, immutable versions, generation job status and generated artifacts. Do not upload confidential, regulated or personal information that is unnecessary for your design.
Providers and processing
Prompt-based generation sends the submitted prompt and relevant design context to the configured AI provider. Geometry is processed by a separate CAD/BIM worker. Files are stored in configured object storage. Image, video and chat requests are sent to the provider selected in the interface. These services have their own data policies. A provider is unavailable when its credentials are not configured.
Private files
User uploads and engineering artifacts use private storage and ownership-checked download access. Short-lived signed URLs are bearer links: anyone receiving one can access that file until it expires. A downstream image or video provider may receive a temporary link when you explicitly submit that file.
Payments and analytics
Configured payment processors handle checkout; this application stores order, subscription, credit and referral ledger records, not full card details. Optional analytics loads only after consent through the site’s analytics controls. Essential authentication, language and theme settings are used for the service; referral attribution is captured only when its feature is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Project versions are retained until the project or account is deleted. Deleting a project removes its stored artifacts; active generation must finish or be cancelled first. Account deletion removes associated workspace data and uploads before deleting the account. Provider retention, backups and financial records may have separate legal or technical retention requirements.
Your choices
You may review projects, delete projects, manage linked accounts and request account deletion from the dashboard. Do not use this deployment for sensitive material if you need a negotiated retention policy or a data-processing agreement. No unverified company identity or support address is asserted by this independent site.
