Terms of use
Independent service
This workspace is an independently operated tool built with Tinyship and configured CAD/BIM and AI services. It is not an official SKY-001 product, is not affiliated with Skyfall, and does not claim to reproduce the research model’s complete capabilities.
Supported scope
CAD supports bounded boxes, cylinders and polygon extrusions combined with add/cut operations and explicitly positioned parts. BIM supports bounded rectangular-room concept floors, walls, slabs, doors and windows. The interface states current limits. Unsupported geometry is rejected rather than silently omitted.
Engineering responsibility
Generated geometry, metrics and exports are design assistance, not certified engineering advice. They do not establish manufacturability, structural safety, building-code compliance, fabrication tolerances or fitness for use. A qualified professional must review any safety-critical or production use.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure. Submit only content you are permitted to use. Do not upload malware, attempt to access another user’s private data, abuse provider services or circumvent generation limits. The service may reject requests that violate these requirements.
Credits and paid services
Costs are displayed before generation where applicable. Credits are debited for accepted work and failed charged generation is reconciled with a refund. Payment checkout is available only for configured merchant products; third-party processor terms apply. A successful payment is confirmed from verified processor state, not merely from a return URL.
Files and availability
Download formats depend on the supported operation and completed job. Keep your own copies of important work. Availability depends on the database, storage, worker and configured providers; no uptime or unlimited-use promise is made.
Rights and changes
You retain rights you hold in submitted material. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs and respecting third-party rights. These terms may change with the available service; the effective date identifies the published version.
